I am the area’s Ranch and Land Real Estate Specialist. After graduating from Western State College, I spent many years in the hotel industry in Vail, Aspen, and Breckenridge before returning back to the Gunnison Valley. I bring a background in ranching that offers me a unique and in depth knowledge of water rights, land rights, agriculture, and a love for hunting and fishing. Whether you are looking for 10 acres or 5,000 acres, your needs are very different than that of a person looking for a condominium or home in town. For the past 13 years, I have focused on this targeted segment of the real estate market and have worked in the Gunnison and Crested Butte area, as well as throughout Colorado. I owned my own brokerage firm for several years, then decided to join the Benson Sotheby’s International Realty team upon it’s creation in 2008. My client base is looking for a high level of knowledge and expertise and this is provided through the Sotheby’s brand. I am very lucky, I get to ride my horse out the back door into millions of acres of public land, access some of the best fishing in the state, and ski my pants off during the winter months. As an avid skier since the age of 3, both of my daughters are stuck with the ski bug as well.
