As we move into August with a very busy and bustling July behind us, there are still plenty of events and activities to participate in this time of year.  It looks like the monsoons of the past week are going to let up to provide some wonderful weather for everybody to get out there and enjoy visiting or living in Crested Butte.

  • Plein Air Watercolor Workshop by Meredith Nemirov, Crested Butte Center for the Arts
  • 10th Annual Living Journeys Summit Hike (benefits people living with cancer), Mt. Crested Butte
  • Crested Butte Farmers’ Market, Elk Avenue & First Street – Sunday from 10 to 2
  • Alpenglow(Free Summer Concerts) Presented by CB Center for the Arts, Town Park with Local Bands U-47 and 800 Thread Count on Monday at 5:30.  Also this week community pot luck dinner at Alpenglow. Click here for details.
