For anybody who hasn’t had the joy of reading our latest newsletter, the newsletter is now posted online. One of the most useful tools in the July newsletter are the market updates through June 2010. Also included is some good news about the market such as our market is up 28% in the first half of 2009 compared to 2010. All of the same material you can expect from our newsletter is also included such as upcoming events, featured properties, related news articles and the electronic magazine rack with our summer real estate guide included.

This summer’s version has a new design and layout with more photos of the Crested Butte area, area headers and things to do in each area, and summer events. If you are in the Crested Butte area pick one up at our office on 433 Sixth Street or in one of the many brochure racks around the Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte and Gunnison businesses. If you are unfortunate and cannot make it to town this summer make sure to view the online version.
We are in the process of updating our website. We feel the new design and added pages will benefit anybody using our site to find Crested Butte real estate or Gunnison real estate.
