Later in the month 750 Providence Ridgeended up selling for $1,600,000. This was another listing of Cathy Benson and Gary Huresky was the agent for the buyer. 750 Providence Ridge was a wonderful home at the top of Trappers Crossing at Wildcat that had breathtaking views down valley.
